His previous books include Coffeehouse: Writings from the Web (Manning), multiple editions of The Internet for Busy People (McGraw-Hill), and The Internet Dictionary (Sybex). He is also a contributor to The Phish Companion (Backbeat) and all three volumes of The Deadhead's Taping Compendium
